Re: Children with Asthma are at Higher Risk for Obesity

I am sure you will find similar numbers in the United States as you would in the UK, but I'm also willing to bet also that poorer children with Asthma will be less likely to exercise than affluent children with asthma. The reason I say this is because I would surmise that children from more affluent lifestyles get better medical treatment and are more likely to be able to afford inhalers and the like.

This study does make sense; I remember growing up a lot of kids with asthma just couldn't play as much as others.
