Attention Men: Dinner dates can make you lean!

The State University of NY @ Buffalo determined that men consumed 35% fewer calories when eating with their significant others than when eating with "the guys." Reason being is that people tend to match their eating habits to those that are around them. I'm not saying to ditch your friends though!
