Wow! Sleep more and gain less. That sure sounds good to me. I would love to know why this is so, but I am all for getting a good night of sleep since I tend to wake up several times and often can't fall back to sleep. I think this information has motivated me to see a Dr. about my poor sleep pattern. Thanks for this new research info. : )
