An employer has a responsibility to make the workplace safe for everyone. If even one accident occurs, that is too much. Therefor, it hardly matters whether a person is obese or not. The question is, do these same people have a higher percentage of accidents in all aspects of their life? That would certainly be a concern if it were true.
