No point in fretting on past slip-ups. Focusing on them will only bring more in the future. I always try and learn from my slip-ups. When did they happen? Why did they happen? What could I change to help with consistency? What is one habit I would like to start forming today, for the next month?
Things like that.
Staying positive is definitely a majority of the battle IMO.
