| Re: just began the battle Welcome, support is all around you here! just remember to stay in the moment...don't try to set unrealistic goals. When I started, I never even planned on losing weight, I was trying to drink more water and get it better shape to be healthier. Once the weight started coming off I found it easier and easier to restrict my diet more. I ended up losing 88lbs. Now I'm back in the game (after recently having a baby) and I am using the same tactics.
Just thought I would offer up a little advice.
