| Re: Which diet is best?---The one that works for you! Doing Atkins for three weeks was a good jump-start for me. I immediatly lost weight, which helped give me the inspiration and motivation to keep dieting. I have a few friends that do the Zone, so I plan on looking into that diet. I think it deals with eating good carbs at certain times. Any diet is better than the cabbage soup diet, right!? :/ |
