1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1. In a bowl gently mix lamb, cheese, mint, salt and
pepper. Form mixture into 8 patties.
2. Prepare a medium grill. Cook patties 4 minutes per side
for medium doneness.
