Lyman, try doing walking lunges w/o weights for 5 minutes every hour as a quick stretch/cardio routine, that's 50 minutes a day cardio and it'll add up quickly. If you're maintaining your weight it might be enough for you to start dropping a kilo or two a week.

charlesjamal I have broken both my knee caps when younger and I LIVE on the elliptical now, find even though I can jog now I still use more calories on the elliptical due to resistance than running at 7MPH.
