What does protein powder do? Nothing protein found in your food doesn't do, besides hit the blood stream faster. This is why I take it during/post workout.... to ward off catabolism and begin the anabolic stage of recovery.

What do fish oil caps do? What don't they do in terms of health is a better question.
Very impressive that you have been able to accomplish what you have so naturally. Fish oil caps are amazing. I think most importantly they're good for the brain, the heart, and cancer prevention.
