Protein powder, and that is only during/post workout.
And fish oil caps.
That's it. Everything else is whole, natural foods.
What does protein powder do? Nothing protein found in your food doesn't do, besides hit the blood stream faster. This is why I take it during/post workout.... to ward off catabolism and begin the anabolic stage of recovery.
What do fish oil caps do? What don't they do in terms of health is a better question.
