Sure there are SOME supplements out there that are "advantageous." However, most take them long before they should. Unless your diet is 100% in check as well as your training, you are only wasting your money by gobbling down supps.
Proper "whole food" nutrition and training are going to be the largest drivers of your success. Not supps. So negating the first and jumping to the second are going to lead you down a road of sub-optimal results.
There are no magic fixes unless you take steroids.
