My fault.....no one else's...now I have a hard time staying motivated, today wasn't so good either.
I gotta get that motivation back quick!!
Sometimes it takes me sitting down and running through a list of positives of losing weight as a tactic to get me motivated to work out more. Yes I actually created a list. Some of those things include:

Positives of not being overweight:
  • 50% less likely to get cancer
  • less likely to have joint/bone problems later in life
  • lengthened lifespan; I want to see my kids grow up and see my grandkids
  • less likely to have cardiovascular disease
  • decreased chance of having diabetes
  • day to day life is easier from both a comfort and cost perspective
  • self confidence goes up
  • easier to get clothes to fit
  • less likely to be descriminated against
  • less likely for my kids to follow in my footsteps
  • better sex life
  • exercise becomes even easier
etc. etc. etc.... you get the idea. I review this list very frequently.

Everyone slips up once in a while, what is important is that you use your disgust and disappointments as fuel to get back on track!! You wouldn't be here if you didn't want to lose weight and didn't want to make an effort. I believe that you have it in you!
