1 1/2 pounds skirt steak
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or white wine
2 teaspoons granular sugar substitute
1. Place all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag; turn to
coat. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning meat in bag once or
twice.
2. Preheat grill or broiler. Remove meat from marinade;
discard marinade. Grill or broil steak 3 to 4 minutes per
side for medium doneness.
