I found a trick...instead of keeping my scale in the bathroom like most people do (where it belongs), I put mine in the kitchen right between the food cabinet and the fridge, so today when I or if I have a certain craving and head straight to the kitchen to get something to eat "unconsciously" (cause sometimes I don't even realise it....i swear!), when I see the scale my mind will get back on track and make me leave the kitchen or have a more healthy low-cal snack

So there...another day starting and hopefully on a better note!

That scale idea is great!! Do guests ever ask you why it's there?


My favorite trick is to wrap chains with a big padlock on the door handles with a combination lock, and to put an attack dog inside the fridge, but I think your idea is a lot better. Maybe I'll try it!
