Also, my dad is a very healthy guy, but quit exercising regularly when he retired in 2000. Long story short ... had an angioplasty last fall and his dr. told him to get back into a regular exercise routine. And he did, at age 69! That's part of my reasoning to start working out again and to get to a healthy place.

at 95 that is fantastic! i did not start lifting weights until i was in my 60s and it was the best thing i ever did for my body and i wish i would have started sooner
