8 pound fully cooked ham
8 whole cloves
1/3 cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1. Heat oven to 325F. With a sharp knife, lightly score
surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves.
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
2. In a small bowl mix syrup and mustard until blended.
Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until a
meat thermometer registers 140F. Baste ham with glaze
occasionally during baking time.
