Atkins - Maple-Mustard Glazed Baked Ham

8 pound fully cooked ham
8 whole cloves
1/3 cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1. Heat oven to 325F. With a sharp knife, lightly score
surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves.
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
2. In a small bowl mix syrup and mustard until blended.
Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until a
meat thermometer registers 140F. Baste ham with glaze
occasionally during baking time.
Only four ingredients in this special entre! Slice the ham thinly
for extra tenderness and fan it out on a platter for extra visual
appeal.
