I think a lot of us have come to the conclusion that "diets" don't work; lifestyle changes do. We're all here pushing for you to accomplish your goals; we're all here for the same thing. Best of luck to you....search around here, there are some good tipsto keeping your regimen going, such as finding someone to lose weight with (buddy, spouse, relative, etc), and that way your weight loss motivates one another since humans are competitive by nature.
