I started out as a cashier....on my feet 8 hrs a day!!! I thought I was going to die the first few weeks. I hurt so bad after my shift, I couldn't even step up to get in my truck after work. But I was getting ALOT of exercises, like 8 hrs a day. Ringing up purchases, putting them in bags and loading the bags in the carts. Lifting cases of sodas, water, etc. I also started drinking alot of water every day. The next thing I knew, I had lost 30 lbs!!! I started feeling pretty damn good. As of now, I'm now in the pharmacy, i've lost 53 lbs. and I have tons of energy. I'm down to 276, it seems like alot to you guys, but my goal is now a reality. Keeping my sugar at a healthy level and getting my thyroid to normal has had a big part in this too. If I can do it, anybody can do it!! | Even the smallest amounts of exercise surprise a lot of people when they step on the scale and realized they've dropped a few pounds. Being on your feet while over weight is SO difficult, I am amazed you were able to do it for so long! Good for you!!!
