| Re: Hello Put on some music and dance with your kids for 1/2 an hour, something nice and high tempo in whatever music style flips your widget. You'll have fun with your kids, teach them to exercise and get a good workout yourself. Just bounce around the room and have a great old time!
On a side note to the above suggestion, I was doing that and somehow broke into "the Carlton dance" and my wife walked in. I had my headphones on but pretty sure she called me a term that rhymes with hag and shook her head and walked out.
