Thank you for the info on diet soda, makes a lot of sense. The 15 lbs a year really hit me! Wow! :eek4:
Other than soda, I rarely crave sweets, I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Cakes and cookies, chocolate and candies are not really my thing. Oh once in a while I do have some, but I rather eat chips and fries and all that salty and fatty stuff instead. But your info is very useful and I will keep that in mind when I get thirsty....besides water is sooooo much a better beverage, I should drink more of it (it's part of my plan). And I'm sure it helps a great deal in weight loss.
