If you go into your User CP, and update your profile, on the very bottom you will notice some information on weight loss you can submit, and then you will get your very own weight loss ticker (see my signature below)!!!

In addition to all that fun stuff, you can also submit any post to one of various directories including digg, technorati, delicious, etc....just click on any of the symbols on the bottom left of a post!
Also, some new rules apply, so please pay attention to those; new members must have 10 posts before they can post a link to another website; this is to prevent spammers from signing up just to post links to random sites.
Other than that, there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on, with more changes coming, so stay tuned!
