| Re: How my weight loss is going. Losing weight is a dedicated process and you need to steamroll over any obsticle that gets in your way. Be strong, and stay disciplined with your eating and exercise and everyting will happen just the way you want it to! I agree that I can see a few changes as well! The first few weeks people usually don't lose any weight at all, so don't be disappointed if your results are not massive after the first few weeks. Keep pushing yourself; there are so many benefits that await you!
