Shakes and Cocktails

I really enjoy drinking cocktails and shakes. Sometimes I also prepare myself a shake in the evening which I am slurping in front of the television. That is so nice and doesn't have quite much calories as long as you don't add alcohol and cream to it. I just thought if other people also like to prepare shakes and I have great recipes which they would like to share with me!

Re: Shakes and Cocktails

The only shakes I tend to make are chocolate protein shakes, so I don't think those exactly count! I'm curious, what are the ingredients in these shakes you make?

Re: Shakes and Cocktails

Not really :-) I also drink this kind of shakes from time to time in the evening instead of a regular dinner, but not too often as I don't like them to much. Usually I just put some fruits like bananas, some fat free yogurt, sometimes a little bit of sweetener (not too often as I know that it is not so healthy) and ice cubes into a mixer. But these shakes are so yummy!
