Eating breakfast has always been important. At a very basic level, it starts our metabolism going at a faster pace after a night of sleep. I do not understand why it is so difficult to find 15 minutes to sit down and eat breakfast. A bowl of cereal and piece of fruit requires no cooking! It also allows us a few minutes to think about our day to come, and get mentally organized. All of the above will have positive effects on our physical and mental health.
