Mr. OD,...............OK...Found place for the hydrostatic deal...$100...is that about par?
I've had a thought on not losing weight....tell me if I'm correct or out in left field.
As I remember

, most if not all dairy products are easily digestable. That means your body does not burn much caloriewise in the process of digestion. On the other hand, meats & especially rough, whole foods which have not been pre-assimilated take quite a bit more caloriewise to digest. This would include all veggies & fruits and anything
else which is whole & fiberous & must be broken down.
If what I just said is correct, that means, at each of my 5-6 meals thru-out the day I need to eat a small amount of "Hard to digest" protien & maybe an apple or other fiberous veggie/fruit.
My meals have been 1. 5 eggs scrambled in onions & jalapenos
2 Whey protien 35 grams
3 Either chicken or lean beef
4 #2 repeat
5 Chicken breast w/sauce & a veggie
6 #2 repeat
I can eat this pretty much all thru the week & not get burned out. Then
on weekends I fudge a little (Maybe 500 calories more on sat & sun)
If I substitute meat for whey & add some fiber, I may add some extra
calorie-burning thru digestion of more whole food...?
Am I right on the money, all wet, or somewhere in between on all this?
