1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Steel
s Gourmet Jam Variety-Pak (any
flavor)
3 tablespoons low carb barbecue sauce
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 packet sugar substitute
4 pounds country style spareribs
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, barbecue
sauce and garlic. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture.
Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over
ribs. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
No browning, no grilling, no fuss. Serve these lip-smacking ribs
with Creamy Classic Coleslaw. Country style ribs are the
meatiest around.
