Great post admin. Nice to hear your tips of sound sleep. I myself is discussing few techniques for good sound sleep. During bedtime, don't harbour any negative thoughts and worry. Stress disturbs sleep. Eat your dinner at least 2 hours before your sleeping time. Don't drink mind stimulators like tea,cofee prior to sleeping. Make sure that your bedroom has a moderate room temperature(not too hot nor not too cold).
