So I completely agree with the fact that exercising with someone helps to improve results. It's like going to the library and study when everyone else is studying too. I would feel guilty to just sit there and sleep or listen to music instead of studying.

My motivation to go to the gym is that I'm paying a monthly fee and do not want to waste my money! I also think about how important my life is and how I want to extend it as much as possible, which is more fuel to my exercise fire so to speak.
Once you get the gym however, I think it does help to have a partner there to push you harder with your exercise
