I definitely need a workout buddy to keep me motivated to go to the gym. He kinda bailed on me lately and the amount of times I go got reduced to zero.

I just needsomeone to push me out of the house once in a while, because once I'm there I don't want to leave!

So I completely agree with the fact that exercising with someone helps to improve results. It's like going to the library and study when everyone else is studying too. I would feel guilty to just sit there and sleep or listen to music instead of studying.
