Not fun at all. Times like this I would just love to cuddle up in bed with some hot tea or beverage of choice and watch movies all day long! Go rent a few movies instead of watching reruns. That will help pass the time even better. Maybe even pick up a good book? You can always turn your downtime into something constructive? Maybe there are some letters you have been meaning to write, to do lists?
At least on the bright side your abs will get a good workout from all the coughing
