I'd say basketball is one of the best sports to play if you like to stay fit and cardio-healthy. Running, jumping and throwing the ball are all excellent exercises to lose weight and keep your heart and lungs in a good shape. If my girlfriends were as interested in playing as I am, I'd definitely done it already! Maybe when I'll retire...
