Tis the little things that help!
Cutting out soda and sugar in general is huge. Kids have such a sweet tooth, and you can't keep an eye on em 24/7, so it's hard to prevent it. I plan on letting my kids out of their cages for a few hours a day for exercise via yardwork and cleaning the house, but that's it, so I'm hoping to mitigate their sugar intake that way.
