English Obesity Has Tripled

The British National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence says obesity can be more damaging to your health than drinking or smoking.

The London Telegraph reports obesity in England has tripled in 25 years.

About 1/3 of British women and almost 1/2 of British men are overweight.

The director of Clinical and Public Health says "Obesity is the most serious threat to the health future of our nation (England)."

American Public Health Research has revealed out of every 100 obese men and women, nearly 1/2 have some type of chronic disease.
