If you get under 10% body fat with 19" biceps I'll take you to dinner! You can quote me on that and save it!
I have removed all suger from the house other than my Glucosamine drinks 3g of suger, I drink nothing but water, I gave up soda around 18 years ago, I never drink coffee or tea as I can't stand them.
I'm looking at doing some rigorous weight lifting, I'll take a month to get into it and then start seriously blasting.
Besides Creatine I'll also be looking at some amino acids, vitamin complexes and mass amounts of protein.
I'm hoping to transition from 37% fat ~300 to 10% ~240.

You're on for dinner, I'll be doing my best to make it.
teppanyaki and sushi?

You going to SEMA this year BTW? Brett (Metal Man) and I are heading up Thur night to see it Friday. Going to do my favorite prime rib and Jerry's Golden Nugget when we hit town.
Mike
Be careful with the super heavy lifting! Getting injured at our age really can deflate some steam when it comes to exercising to lose weight, trust me I know! It looks like you have some very solid goals, and you are already making good headway. No matter what, keep on pushing yourself! You'll love how much more energy you'll get from eating well and exercising more. If you haven't checked it out already there are some great recipes in this forum
