Very interesting how they are considering selling it as a non-prescription drug. About 7 years ago I was the Director of Finance for an online pharmaceutical company, and at that time Xenical was a prescription drug, however all you had to do was fill out a questionaire and a doctor would review the questionaire and approve it or not approve it. I was not with that company long enough to determine if there were any long-term side effects, however, our clients had great success losing weight using Xenical.
