Welcome Philly! There's a lot of great support around here, and we'll all be here with you throughout your quest. Being that you have a son (how old is he by the way?), it seems like there may be a potential to integrate some physical activity and play time together for a win win situation. Son gets quality time with dad, and dad gets some good exercise!
