Which is very important because I am sure I'll put it back on this week at my company training in Orlando, where the food and booze are a plenty.

I was able to drop the weight by hitting the gym 5 times in the last 15 days and working out HARD. Surprisingly though, my eating habits were worse than usual but I still dropped some weight. Just goes to show how important exercise is.

It's nice having a little more slack in my waistline
