I have even gone so far as bringing adjustable weight dumbells with me on road trips or camping trips so that I could get in a small workout!

I also bring healthy low carb protein bars and protein powder with me everywhere I go to curb my overall appetite and prevent me from eating more of the junk!
When on trips I also go for a walk in the mornings on an empty stomach, whether on a treadmill

at the gym or outdoors. Numerous studies have shown the best time to exercise for the maximum calorie burning benefits is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Lastly, I try to do as many vacation activities that promote being active. Walking around a zoo/amusement park, walks on the beach, walking tours around cities, water sports, skiing, hiking etc.
