Strengthening the immune system is important in preventing the shingles outbreak. Anyway, there is this video on youtube (search for vygone) which my son used and it did wonders for my him, he had an out break in his torso. He applied vygone and that night it was already less painful. Before we knew it he was all healed up and they never returned. |
