Cool My Experiences With Different Diet Pills

I have taken several different diet pills since the age of 14. My first diet pill ever taken was HerbaLife. I dont remember it that well so I wont get into it, but there have been a few that I have tried that work while they are being taken, obviously you have to learn about diet and exercise to avoid gaining the weight back.

I took Xenadrine back in 2002, before the Ephedra ban, I lost weight while using it, not tons but enough to feel better about myself. At the time it was the best diet pill I had used.

In 2006 I discovered Yellow Jackets with Ephedra, I took those and different varieties of Ephedra type pills after the Ephedra ban, and lost 80 pounds within 6 months. After the ban it has been hard to find them and when I do they are about $75.00. I am not able to really kee u with buying them even though I really, really miss them.

I am currently using Lipo-6 (Advanced Version) I had originally tried the Regular Version but it didnt work as well as I was hoping, after feeling miserable about my weight and not really having the energy I needed to keep up with life I bought Lipo-6 (Advanced) and have had good results so far.

If I could go back to taking Ephedra I would. It was the best I had ever tried, and the most offective. I have heard all of the "bad" things about Ephedra, but I am an adult and should be able to make that decision. Just like people who are overeating, unhealthy. Smoking? unhealthy for you and me. Drinking? Unhealthy. Diet pills are my vise so to speak. I really dont understand how Ephedra can be banned when you are choosing to take that risk, but smoking on the other hand is allowed even with the so-called second hand smoke affects that are so bad and something one cannot control ... anyways, this is my experience.
