I heard that about diet soda too! I guess it leaves you craving real sugar and food! I'm a diet soda addict though. At least I kicked the habit of drinking any with aspartame (diet coke, diet dr. pepper, etc) and only drink the ones with spenda now like diet hansens. Supposedly splenda is the lesser of the two evils. |
