
you can do it edel, just try excerciseing instead of looking at the scale. that's what i'm going to try. i'm hoping for the scale to go down by Monday to. i think it will if i excercise more. i all ready eat my breakfast, cup of corn flacks, and a piece of toast. havn't excercise as of yet and it is 9:30 am. i fine it hard for me to get started. that is a big down fall for me.
