| Re: Fruit/vegetable juice? Fruit juice is full of acids and sugar so not that good for you in big quantities. I get fruits that I like, like banana, mango, melon, strawberry etc and mash them up in the blender then pop them in an ice cube tray. Pop it in the freezer and then you can either just add water to them in the blender or fruit juice when you fancy a smoothie! xxx
