Never ever do those crash course diets, there the worst I have learned the hard way. Im glad you are now taking the more healthy approach! Im going to college in the fall and want to shed the pounds by october and get to my goal weight. Working out is the greatest thing to loose weight and also to have a healthy future! Also proper nutrition will always help (you already know this). The best advice i can give is setting small goals for yourself. 5 pound intervals is what I do. Everytime I loose 5 pounds i feel really happy and am that much close to achieiving my goal weight. I appreciate this site and think its very helpfull, good luck on your weight loss journey and keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!
