Be careful about eating out as usually the portions are large and even though it's not fast food, restaurant food is loaded with calories!!! 2 liters is not plenty. You ideally want to shoot for 4 liters. Congrats on the progress so far; let's get you to your goals! And don't worry about everyone else lifting weights. I'm one of those people toning their muscles, and I think the most highly of all the newbies just getting started because they're trying to take control of their lives.
