I have completed three weeks of MediTrim program in last November 07, I know it was very long, but only had about 6 kilos to loose Found it to Be very successful. Lost almost 6 Kilos in that time. Ws extremely happy with the out come.
I incorporate all the food provide in the program from Monday to Friday, and pretty much eat what I want on the weekends. I sure it because the body is use to eat food intake, and that is why I have maintain the weight loss, as I have only started exercising just recedntly. You can pretty much at as much as you want on the program. They told me the more I eat these foods the more I will loose weidght. They weren't wrong about that. It really does work. |
