| Re: Fast Food sucks!! I feel free to munch on fresh crisp crunchy juicy delicious raw green vegetables as a snack any time. If I find that does not satisfy my body's needs I try some water. I consider if my hunger is my body telling me that its emotional needs are not being met right now. If my body wants some nutrition, I usually have fresh vegetables raw or lightly steamed with grilled fish, skinless chicken breast fillet, tuna or game meat. I avoid processed foods and refined sugar as much as possible. Even though the manufacturer labels and advertises their food as healthy and great for losing weight, fresh natural foods are most likely to be much better. |
