| Re: New to all of this! Fantastic job! When I first started using our NordicTrak, I just about passed-out after my first session. Now I can do a respectable 25 minutes, but it took a while to get there. I was reading over what you eat and I think I'll try to get my diet onto the healthy track. Currently, I'm doing the exercise thing, but I know my diet isn't very healthy. I keep it to about 1500 calories a day, but my diet isn't as balanced as it should be. This is where I need assistance. Any suggestions?
