| Pita chips After deciding theres no such thing as a low calorie chip I got some onion pita bread and made my own. I took a round pita and pie cut it into 8th's, pulled it apart, brushed the triangles with extra virgin olive oil and springled some course garlic salt and baked on a cookie sheet 10min at 350 until they started to turn brown. One pita makes 16 thick chips for 150cal compared to 14 thin Pringles. I serve the chips with Hummus.
